Description:
We present EUS findings of a patient with an anorectal fistula not detected on endoscopy or physical exam. Radial EUS demonstrates the disruption of the anorectal wall along with a hypoechoic tract with echogenic beads. On linear EUS examination, a longitudinal linear tract is well seen along with the once again noted scattered echogenic beads consistent with air bubbles. These EUS findings demonstrate the presence of an anorectal fistula.
