Comments: Dr Hamed Khalili, Gi Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, presents Bigelow Rounds at the MGH GI Unit. The first case presented involves a 40 year old female with hepatitis C, who presents with numbness and tingling in her extremities and develops a rash. The second case involves a 76 year old man admitted for evaluation of suprapubic abdominal pain found to be anemia with guaiac positive stool.
